1. Introduction

Welcome to amjilli Casino ("amjilli," "we," "us," or "our"). 3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of amjilli Services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the amjilli platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. amjilli reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. amjilli is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your amjilli account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. amjilli will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify amjilli immediately at support@amjilli.net if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

amjilli is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. amjilli reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC procedures.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the amjilli platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

amjilli accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. amjilli does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. These thresholds may be adjusted from time to time at amjilli's discretion, with notice provided to players via the platform.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

amjilli aims to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where amjilli has reasonable grounds to investigate a transaction. amjilli reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds.

4.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. amjilli reserves the right to require this as a condition of withdrawal to comply with AML obligations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

amjilli offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

• It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. amjilli is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Engaging in any form of cheating, including exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing amjilli staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit made to your amjilli account through your payment provider.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the amjilli platform — including but not limited to the amjilli brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of amjilli or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the amjilli platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any amjilli content without prior written consent from amjilli.

Any unauthorised use of amjilli's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, amjilli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the amjilli platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the amjilli platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the amjilli Services.
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms.

amjilli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your amjilli account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude amjilli's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Account Termination & Suspension

Upon termination of your account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and amjilli, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting amjilli's support team at support@amjilli.net. amjilli will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

amjilli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, amjilli will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the amjilli platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
